The beating heart of the house is the spacious living room, an airy and bright space where life flows effortlessly. At the center stands a large dining table, the stage for long conversations and convivial dinners, while the one-and-a-half-sized sofa bed offers a practical and comfortable solution for additional guests. Right next to it, the fully equipped kitchen awaits those who love to cook on holiday: functional and well-organized, it is enhanced by a ceiling fan that brings a pleasant lightness on warmer days.
The three double bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning, are true havens of tranquility. One of them enjoys the added privilege of a private bathroom with a shower cabin, offering an extra touch of privacy. A second, larger bathroom serves the rest of the house and is equipped with both a shower and a bathtub, catering to every guest's comfort.
Outside, two comfortable verandas – one at the front and one at the back – offer precious corners to enjoy every moment of the day in the open air: from breakfast under the morning sun to evenings around the barbecue, amid the aroma of grilled food and toasts under the stars. And as the sky turns golden, the outdoor fireplace becomes the perfect spot to enjoy the Salento peace, even during the cooler hours.
Adding to the completeness of this house are all the amenities one could wish for during a carefree holiday: television, washing machine, WiFi connection, barbecue, air conditioning in the bedrooms, and free private parking, ensuring maximum freedom of movement.
