Situated in the heart of the 8th arrondissement, guests of Élysée Collection VII are just minutes from the Champs-Élysées, a glamorous avenue brimming with fashion houses, smart cafés and restaurants, and lively bars where you can sip aperitifs on rooftop terraces. At one end of this grand thoroughfare lies the majestic Place de la Concorde – a lovely spot for coffee and a crêpe – from here, you can wander right across the magical Jardin des Tuileries to the Louvre. The iconic Arc de Triomphe lies at the other end of the Champs-Élysées. If you visit this remarkable monument in the evening, you can watch the Rekindling of the Flame Ceremony. Back at Élysée Collection VI, warm-toned neutrals and natural blond wood accents come together to create a soothing space where you can relax in comfort. The neatly appointed kitchen has everything you need to whip up a simple Parisian supper. There is an attractive dining nook featuring a modern bistro table, perfect for enjoying intimate meals. After supper, curl up on the decadently deep sofa, glass of wine in hand, and plan tomorrow’s adventure. The home’s gorgeous bedroom also nurtures serenity, with soft tones, extravagant fabrics, and pretty blush colour pops. If you’ve indulged in a shopping spree on the city’s Golden Triangle, there’s an abundance of wardrobe space for your latest Chanel, Dior or Givenchy purchases. A marble-accented bathroom with a walk-in rainfall shower is located off the open-plan living area. Though there’s plenty to keep you entertained locally, nearby Metro stations allow you to explore all corners of the capital with ease.

- This home accepts babies, toddlers and children. While pets are welcome in this home, an extra cleaning fee will be added to your booking. Please speak to our destinations specialists for information. This home has air conditioning in the bedroom, sitting room and kitchen area. Please be aware that European air conditioning units are designed for a milder temperature range than American units. Whilst there is air conditioning in this home it might not feel as cool as some American air conditioning units. The heating will be turned on from October to May, and the air conditioning will be used from May to October. The AC will be out of use from October to May/The heating will be out of use from May to October. Please note that both cannot be used at the same time. This home is on the third floor with elevator access. The capacity of the hot water tank is limited ( 120L size ) which represent 2 showers approximatively. Then you need to wait 1h30 to refill it. There is a sofa bed in the sitting room which can accommodate an additional two people. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared. Please note that the televisions provide access to terrestrial channels only and do not include smart TV features. There is currently some construction in the building as one new Élysée Collection home is finished off, work is scheduled to end in February 2025. Works will be carried out on weekdays and occasional weekend days but will be done in a way to limit impact to other residents.
