The apartment is ideally suited for self-catering summer holiday rentals and sleeps 5/6 comfortably,. It is located approx. 200 metres from main promenade, and provides great access to the town and sea front.
The apartment includes the following:-
Entrance Hall and Kitchen/Living Area
Open Plan Kitchen/Living/Dining Area
Kitchen - Fully equipped with everything needed for a self-catering holiday including, Dishwasher, Washing Machine/Dryer, Breakfast Bar Area.
Living Area - Leather sofas, Sofa Bed, Widescreen T.V. Sliding glass panel doors leading onto a balcony.
Master Bedroom with fitted units, adjoining En suite with power shower
Bedroom 2 - 2 single beds, 1 with additional pull out holiday bed underneath,
Bathroom - Family bathroom suite with power shower.
Access - Lift access to all floors.
Wi-fi
Assigned Parking is available at the rear of the building for one car, parking also available at the front of the building.
Portstewart Strand beach is only (15-20 minutes walk) which is great for swimming, surfing, or just doing a bit of sunbathing or paddling and can be accessed by walking along the seafront. There is a small harbour nearby where boats can be launched for water sports, boating and angling trips. The area boasts a wide selection of cafes, restaurants, and coffee shops.
The apartment makes an ideal touring base as it is centrally located for visiting and exploring all the spectacular sights of the North coast. Among a wide number of beautiful must see attractions worth a visit and just a short drive away are:-
The Dark Hedges.
The Giant’s Causeway,
Carrick-a-rede rope bridge
The Glens of Antrim,
White Park Bay,
Ballintoy Harbour
