Nature's Gate is a brand new, contemporary and cosy cottage that sleeps up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. Two bedrooms boast access to a balcony offering views over the property's large garden and Silverlake's pretty Sculpture Garden beyond, with its abundance of natural flora, fauna and wildlife.
A large decked area at the rear of the house, together with BBQ and garden furniture makes this house perfect for al-fresco dining on summer nights, while a log burner means that guests can enjoy a cosy night in by the fire in the cooler months.
The property is pet-friendly (pets allowed downstairs only) and includes an EV charger.
Whilst this property is fully completed, there are some properties nearby that are undergoing construction in various phases. The prices for this property reflect this and bookings for this property are made on the understanding that you will be able to see and hear construction, machinery and workers from 0730 to 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300 on Saturdays. There are bin stores located around the estate. 3. Please utilise the parking spaces provided at the property. Additional parking is available at the main car park if needed. Please do not park in the bays assigned to other properties.

Offering direct access from the rear of the cottage to Silverlake's Sculpture Garden, Nature's Haven is a tranquil haven where guests can enjoy watching wildlife in their natural habitat from the outdoor deck or from the rear bedroom balcony.
The property sleeps up to 8 people in four bedrooms - two king size bedrooms, one double and one children's bunk room. Both king size bedrooms include built in wardrobes and spacious ensuite shower rooms and access to a balcony. A family bathroom with shower over bath completes the upstairs accommodation.
The ground floor accommodation comprises an open plan kitchen/living/dining area complete with a 'real wood' log burner for cosy nights in.
The contemporary kitchen features the latest Siemens appliances including a large induction hob with downdraft extraction, 70/30 fridge/freezer, dishwasher, combi oven-microwave and full oven. A Quooker provides boiling water on tap and there is also a Nespresso compatible coffee machine available for guests' use.
The dining area includes a table that accommodates 8 guests and the living area, which is positioned nearest the patio doors, offers calming views to the garden and beyond, together with comfy seating for up to 8 people, a smart TV and bluetooth speaker.
A combined utility/cloakroom offers a downstairs WC, washbasin and combined washer/dryer as well as storage for coats and shoes.
Outside, there is a charcoal BBQ and a garden dining set that seats 8, so guests can enjoy meals al-fresco.
