Woodside is a stylish and comfortable 4-bedroom holiday home with hot tub in Strichen, near Fraserburgh, Aberdeenshire. Ideal for families or groups, Woodside sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms, with a spacious self-catering kitchen with dining area, living area with cosy log burner, and private garden with outdoor dining, kids play area, & relaxing hot tub with beautiful countryside views. There is a great range of amenities a short drive from the house, along with local walks, cycling routes & attractions.
Woodside holiday home is located near to Strichen in the beautiful Aberdeenshire countryside, with rolling fields and beautiful views from all aspects. The town of Fraserburgh and Peterhead are a short drive from the property, with plenty of amenities, shops, places to eat, and attractions for the whole family. Aberdeen city is nearby, or head North to visit stunning seaside villages, such as Portsoy, Banff, Lossiemouth and Portknockie.
Woodside is set across one level, with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, one playroom and an open plan kitchen with living space.
On entering the property, guests are welcomed into the cosy, open plan Living area, featuring comfortable sofas and a log burner - a favourite spot for guests to enjoy a relaxed evening. This room has a smart TV with services such as Netflix and Disney+ available for streaming TV or watching films. The Kitchen is well equipped with a coffee machine, oven, hob and dishwasher, whether you wish to cook a delicious meal or treat yourself to a takeaway. There is a dining table in the open plan area for eating together, seating up to 8 guests, which can also double as a work station if required.
Bedroom 1 can be found at the West side of the property. This bright and beautifully decorated bedroom features a super-kingsize bed, which can be separated into two singles should you require an alternative layout. The family bathroom is located along the hallway from Bedroom and features a bath, toilet and sink.
Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 can be found towards the East side of the property. Bedroom 2 features a Kingsize bed, while Bedroom 3 has a super-kingsize bed which can be split into two single beds should you require this setup. Bedroom 4 is perfect for smaller guests, with single bunkbeds sleeping two in the fun bedroom. All bedrooms have plenty of storage space for unpacking and having items during your stay.
Our playroom can be found opposite Bedroom 2, which features books, boardgames, toys and a Smart TV. This is a great spot for younger guests to enjoy, and doubles as a quiet TV or reading room. This room also features a sofa bed should an additional bedroom be required. The Shower Room can be accessed from the hallway, with a large walk in shower cubicle, toilet and sink.
Our utility room can be found along from the kitchen and has a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink for guests to use during their stay. There is direct access to the back garden from the Utility, and plenty of additional storage space for hanging coats and keeping boots or luggage. Dog bowls and beds are also available in the Utility Room for four-legged friends.
In the Garden, guests can find our fantastic hot tub, which has stunning views across the surrounding fields. There is a children`s play area in the garden with swings, slide and play house, along with a fun outdoor play kitchen. We also have outdoor furniture for relaxing and eating outdoors. The rear garden is fully enclosed and has a lawn area - perfect for children or pets to play safely.
The entire house is available for guests to use with entry via a lockbox. There is a garden surrounding the property, with a relaxing, paved hot tub area, dining area, lawn and children`s play area. There is also a driveway with plenty of parking space.
