Kaira Chalet comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests (10+2). The villa boasts five bedrooms, each meticulously designed with attention to detail. Two bedrooms are located downstairs, while the upper floor houses three additional rooms, all offering top-tier comfort and timeless elegance. High-quality materials, harmonious décor, and carefully selected details create a luxurious yet cozy ambiance. Additionally, the lounge area includes a high-quality sofa bed that provides a comfortable extra sleeping space for two guests.

Chalet features a magnificent and spacious sauna area, providing the perfect retreat after an active day. A large sauna window offers a captivating view of Lapland`s serene nature, seamlessly blending the landscape into your sauna experience. The sauna area also includes a stylish bathroom with direct access to a spacious terrace. On the terrace, a private outdoor hot tub awaits,

A stylish bar area complements the villa, which seamlessly connects to the upstairs lounge. The upper floor also provides access to a balcony that offers spectacular views of the surrounding fells. This space is ideal for relaxation and shared moments in good company.

The villa’s ambiance is enhanced by a top-tier sound system, which can be divided into four separate listening zones—allowing different music to play simultaneously in different areas. The sound system also extends to the sauna, terrace, and hot tub area. Additionally, a state-of-the-art projector brings an immersive home theater experience, with movies projected onto a large screen for an immersive cinematic experience.

One of the villa’s unique features is a dedicated boot dryer, capable of quickly drying up to eight pairs of ski and snowboard boots simultaneously. A spacious and efficient drying cabinet ensures that your gear is always ready for the next adventure.

Location: The villa enjoys a prime location. The West Slopes ski lift is just a short 250-meter walk away, and in winter, you can ski directly to the property. A cross-country ski trail also starts right from the villa’s backyard.
Final cleaning is included in the reservation, so you can relax and focus on enjoying your holiday.
However, we kindly ask you to take care of the following before departure:

-Please take the rubbish to the designated waste bins
-Place used dishes in the dishwasher and start the machine
-When checking out, please remember to leave the lift passes on the kitchen table so they are ready for the next guests. Lost lift passes will have to be charged a €100 replacement fee per pass.
