This lovely 80 m² apartment is conveniently located near a variety of top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and numerous restaurants offering diverse culinary options.

The bright living room features a comfortable sofa for relaxing, a TV to enjoy your favourite shows, and a dining table. It also includes bunk beds, perfect for children. Natural sunlight fills the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The fully equipped kitchen provides all the essentials needed to prepare delicious meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and more.

The bedroom offers a double bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers and comes with hotel-quality linens to ensure your utmost comfort.

The bathroom is equipped with everything you need to freshen up, including towels and complimentary toiletries.

For your peace of mind, the apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay.

It is located on the 1st floor, accessible by stairs - the elevator is out of service, we apologise for the inconvenience.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This location is close to interesting landmarks like the Matosinhos Beach and the iconic Senhor de Matosinhos Church. Stroll the lively streets to find top seafood restaurants like O Gaveto and Restaurante Mauritânia. Enjoy fresh fish, ocean views, and the vibrant local vibe. This area is perfect for a coastal city break!

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Câmara Matosinhos, is just a 3-minutes walk.

The Francisco Sá Carneiro airport is a 15-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
