• Return: The deposit, minus any applicable deductions, will be returned within 15 days after you vacate the property and complete the move-out inspection.
• Conditions: To ensure a full refund, tenants must fulfill all lease terms, return the property in good condition, and provide proper notice of intent to vacate.
