The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood less than a 10-minute walk (2-minute drive) from the lakefront, Spiaggia Sabbioni and Pini Beach, where guests can enjoy swimming, diving and windsurfing. Riva del Garda’s vibrant town centre is approximately a 4-minute drive / 20-minute walk away. Here, guests can explore the Piazza Novembre III, the Apponale Tower and the medieval castle MAG-Museo Alto Garda.

Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy the panoramic hiking trails of Sentiero delle Pace (a 10-minute walk from the apartment), which offer the most incredible views over the lake.
