The house, spread over three levels, features two spacious and bright bedrooms with private bathrooms and a living room on the first floor with a fireplace and kitchenette. The bedrooms, which overlook an ancient 10th-century Romanesque church, are located on the first and second floors, respectively. Both are equipped with a double bed (two single beds are available upon request), a balcony or small balcony furnished with a small table and a folding table, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. Bedroom II also features a sofa bed for an additional guest. The village is ideal for relaxing, experiencing the atmosphere of “sweet Varese,” or for those seeking a place of inspiration and tranquility for their creative work.

Relaxation and “La Dolce Vita.” Comerio is a charming village facing southwest, overlooking Lake Varese. From its “garden of wonders”—the small municipal park just a short walk from the house—you can admire a unique and captivating view of Monte Rosa, the Alps, and the lakes of Varese, Comabbio, and part of Lake Maggiore. Surrounded by greenery, the village offers a relaxing, peaceful atmosphere that is at the same time sociable and very pleasant, with its bars where you can enjoy an aperitif in the little square, the bakery that bakes croissants and fresh bread even on Sundays, in addition to excellent gelato, top-notch pizzerias and restaurants where you can enjoy lunch or dinner, the “Rosticceria” that prepares ready-to-go takeout meals, the town’s “Gastronomia,” renowned throughout the area, where you can find unique specialties that are always of the highest quality, the fruit and vegetable shop, as well as a hair salon and a massage center.
