Beautiful apartment is located in the heart of the Saint-Martin district of Paris, you'll be staying one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Paris This unit can accommodate up to 4 people. It is ideally located near the main tourist sites and shops of the city, allowing you to fully enjoy your stay.

Welcome to your new home! Spacious and comfortable flat, next to the emblematic center of Paris, an ideal spot for art and culture lovers, containing some of the most emblematic monuments and museums of the city.



We are the new owners of the apartment! You may see some reference reviews from the previous management team - we will make sure that you have even a better experience with us! ☀️

- The Paris administration charges a small fee to every guest staying in a tourism accommodation. - National and International police demand that each guest, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.



- This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival.

Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late)



*** HOUSE RULES ***



1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of possible eviction and a deposit seizure up to 600€.

2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.

3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).

4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost.

5. No smoking on interior areas.

6. If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster.

7. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.

8. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.



Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.
