Spread across two light-filled floors, the house offers three generous ensuite bedrooms, each with super-king beds that can be split into twins on request – making it ideal for flexible group arrangements. Each bedroom features its own private bathroom (one with a bath and shower), along with built-in wardrobes, dressers, and Smart TVs with Freeview and Netflix.
At the heart of the home is a bright, open-plan living space with vaulted ceilings, perfect for relaxing after a day on the Camel Trail or nearby beaches. The lounge flows effortlessly into a modern, fully equipped kitchen and dining area – with large French doors opening onto the garden and deck, allowing for easy indoor-outdoor living.
The property also includes two balconies with views across Wadebridge and towards the estuary, a landscaped private garden, and dedicated parking.

The property is easy to reach by car and located just a short walk from the centre of Wadebridge.
There is private off-street free parking for two vehicles directly outside the house, with additional free on-street parking nearby if needed. Guests access the property via a secure key safe, with full check-in details provided before arrival.
If you're arriving by public transport, local buses stop nearby at The Platt, and Bodmin Parkway Station is around 25 –30 minutes away by taxi or local bus.
