This beautiful private en-suite room is located in the heart of Ambleside. It is offered on a room-only, non-serviced basis, making it ideal for those looking to enjoy the area independently. The Lake District’s scenic walking routes are right on your doorstep, and Ambleside’s wonderful shops and eateries are just a short stroll away. The shores of Lake Windermere are also within walking distance, making this a perfect base for exploring.



The room features a king-size bed, free WiFi, digital TV, and secure contactless digital access. It is positioned at the rear of the building, offering a more peaceful setting. Please note, there is no kitchen facility available. Free off-site parking is provided for one vehicle, with details sent to you prior to arrival. The parking area is less than a five-minute walk from the property, and there is also short-stay street parking available nearby for unloading luggage. All parking is at the owner's own risk.



Situated on the ground floor at the rear of the building, the room is comfortably furnished with a king-size bed, wardrobe, luggage rack, digital TV, and a dressing table with a chair that’s ideal for laptop use. A welcome tray is provided, including a kettle, two cups, tea, coffee, biscuits, milk, and sugar. The private en-suite bathroom contains a shower, sink, and toilet, offering everything you need for a relaxing and self-sufficient stay in the Lake District.

Fantastic stay, would definitely recommend and stay again!

The property was in a great location, clean and the facilities were perfect for a night away! It was a super hot weekend, but the property provided a fan which helped a little. It was also quiet at night. Parking being included was a bonus and only a 5 minute walk away 😊

Jamie was exceptional throughout our stay — friendly, attentive and always happy to help, telling stories of his 3 peaks adventure, which really made a difference. The pool area was peaceful and well looked after, perfect for unwinding, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and comfortable. The location is ideal too, with easy access to the beach, restaurants and local amenities, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. Overall, the apartment exceeded our expectations and offered excellent value for money — we would happily stay here again.
