This cozy and well-equipped holiday home offers two bedrooms: one double bedroom and one with two single beds—perfect for a family. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed, allowing accommodation for up to 6 people. The bright living area includes a sitting area, dining space, and a fully equipped open kitchen. Through the large sliding glass door, you access the terrace, ideal for enjoying convivial meals outdoors.



Exterior: Beautiful nature with pool and pool house

The holiday home opens onto a beautiful, green garden, completely quiet and private. You can enjoy a large swimming pool (12 x 5.5 m, depth: 1.40 m), equipped with lighting and an alarm for your safety. The pool is shared with the very discreet owners, who use it only occasionally. Around the pool are sun loungers, parasols, and a large pool house with a summer kitchen and outdoor toilet. Everything is designed for you to fully enjoy outdoor living. A plancha grill is also available to savor barbecues and meals on the terrace all year round.



Surroundings: Culture, nature, and Provençal discoveries

The gîte is located on the Île de la Motte, one of the three parts of the largest river island in Europe: the Île de la Barthelasse. This green and peaceful area is part of Villeneuve-lès-Avignon, directly opposite Avignon, and was once the summer residence of the popes. In July, don’t miss the Avignon Festival, the largest live theater festival in the world. The region is full of treasures to visit: Arles, Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Eyragues… all nearby. Nature lovers and sports enthusiasts will appreciate the many walking and cycling routes from the gîte. A riding school and golf course are also accessible in Villeneuve-lès-Avignon.
