The apartment, located on the 8th floor of a building with an elevator, opens onto a living area with a dining table, and television. The semi-independent kitchen overlooks the living room and is fully equipped and functional for enjoying pleasant moments. The sleeping area offers two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds. The layout is completed by a bathroom with a bathtub.
