Welcome to Ekeby in beautiful Enhörna—a rural idyll where open fields, forests, and historic farms set the scene for your stay. Here you’ll wake up to birdsong, and you might even catch a glimpse of a roe deer, moose, fallow deer, or fox wandering past your window. Sometimes a curious wild boar even makes an appearance. The area offers lovely walking trails, proximity to the sparkling waters of Lake Mälaren, and a vibrant landscape where nature and small-scale agriculture coexist in harmony. At the same time, the location is perfect—just a short drive to both Stockholm and the charming small town of Mariefred.

Our spacious villa is a place for relaxation and togetherness. It features three bedrooms (two upstairs and one on the first floor), a cozy living room, a bathroom with both a tub and a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The heart of the house is the fireplace and the private sauna—perfect for chilly evenings or after a day out in nature. Firewood is included, so just light a fire and enjoy.

For your convenience, there’s also free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV with streaming services, so you can cozy up inside for a movie night when the weather calls for it.

Outside, a lovely terrace awaits with a view of the garden, barbecue facilities, and plenty of space to enjoy the peace and quiet. And as an extra little rural bonus—feel free to head over to the chicken coop and pick fresh eggs for breakfast.
