Welcome to our listing of Merriott Court, 3 bed semi detached house in a quiet area of Newport with a gated driveway & allocated parking for 2 vehicles.
The fully functioning kitchen/diner opens out onto a private court yard area to the rear of the property.
The lounge area can comfortably seat up to 6 guests is beautifully furnished and includes a smart TV complete with complimentary Netflix. We also provide complimentary super fast & reliable wifi.
The 2 large double bedrooms have super king size beds which can be split into singles upon request. There is also a single bedroom as well as a sofa bed in the lounge which can be made upon request to accommodate up to 6 guests.
Merriott Court is just six minutes from the M4 motorway and just 5 minutes from the centre of Newport.
If you prefer to walk, the city centre is just 15 minutes walk (0.8mi), Rodney Parade is 7 minutes walk (0.4mi) or the main street in Maindee is Just 1 minutes walk away.
Please note: Our accommodation is thoughtfully set up with comfort and practicality in mind, making it ideal for guests working or studying locally rather than those seeking a luxury stay. That said, we hope you’ll find it a pleasant and welcoming space. As with many homes in the UK, you may occasionally spot a friendly spider during your stay.
Guests have access to the entire property and parking is available at the front of the property.

Merriots Place benefits from being less than 1 minute walk from the main street in Maindee which is home to many amenities such as banks, takeaways, corner shops, etc. The property benefits from being set back from the road & having a gated courtyard entrance and private allocated parking outside the property which adds to security and keeps it a quiet location to stay.

Please note: A Security Deposit of £200 and signed T&Cs will be required to book this property. This is just a hold on your card and funds will be released 2-3 days after check-out.
