The Picnic Patch is a house consisting of a kitchen with double oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, and toaster, and a living/dining room with TV and dining for four guests. The bedrooms consist of a double and twin serviced by a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with gravel, patio, furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Within 1.4 miles you will find a shop, 0.2 miles a pub and within 0.1 miles a river. Uncover the best of Cumbria and its surrounding areas with a holiday at The Picnic Patch. Note: WiFi is only available in the main centre. Note: The pool is available between 9am - 4pm Monday to Thursday, and 9am to 12:30pm on Friday, and a slot must be booked via reception. Note: There is a river which runs through the site which is unfenced, children must be supervised while outside. Note: The on-site bar is open Sunday to Thursday, 7pm - 10:30pm and 7:30pm to 11pm Monday to Thursday.
