The apartment has two generous bedrooms. One features a double bed and a single bed, while the other has a double bed. The living area provides a comfortable space to relax and unwind, with natural light filling the rooms. The bathroom includes a full-size bath with an overhead shower, and the apartment is heated by a gas central system, keeping it warm and comfortable throughout your stay.

It is an ideal base for trips to Dundee, just 10 minutes by car or 6 minutes by train, Carnoustie Golf Links, 15 minutes by car, or St Andrews and the wider East Neuk, about 30 minutes’ drive.

Broughty Ferry itself is a charming place to spend time, known for its relaxed coastal atmosphere and excellent food and drink. The nearby nature reserve offers quiet walking routes and wildlife spotting, and the beach is perfect for walks, runs, or simply watching the boats go by.
