At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Harrow Manorway (A2041) and finally turn right onto Knee Hill.

- If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.

- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival.
- 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before arrival.
- No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
Damage Deposit
A £200 damage deposit will be pre-authorised 48 hours before check-in and refunded in full after your stay, provided there’s no damage or excessive cleaning required.
