Spacious Grade II stone house, a short walk to Braunton and 3 miles to the coast

The large kitchen and living room provide space for everyone in your party to spend time together. Some holiday spaces sacrifice social space for more bedrooms. At Mordor you have both.
It is an upside down house with the kitchen, living room and a double bedroom on the 1st floor and three bedrooms on the ground floor. There is a bathroom on each floor.
The double and king size rooms have seating available. There is a rollaway foldable bed with adequate space downstairs in the double and king size rooms, or could be carried into the living room. *Extra single bedding and towels available on request*
There is a bench on the landing for additional seating around the extendable dining table. Braunton is a great base to explore the North Devon coast and has two supermarkets and plenty of eating and drinking places. It is situated next to a running stream.
