Located on the North city just minutes from the airport and Chipichape Mall, offering easy access to shopping, dining, and transportation. Ideal for business travelers or those exploring the city. Enjoy comfort and convenience in a prime location!
The space
This apartment is for the exclusive and private use of guests, accommodating up to 4 people.
This apartment is located in a modern building built in 2022. The apartment is on the second floor and has an elevator, so you don't need to climb any stairs to access the accommodation.
INTERNET: MOVISTAR FIBER OPTIC internet with excellent coverage and speed.
PARKING: There is a private parking lot inside the building. This parking is subject to availability as it is shared with other apartments (including Airbnb). Please inquire when booking. It has an additional cost of $15,000 per night.
BALCONIES: This apartment has a balcony right next to the bed with an exterior view. You'll enjoy the mountain breeze in the afternoons and evenings.
LIVING ROOM: Comfortable sofa bed, ideal for sleeping 2 people, approximately the size of a DOUBLE bed (1.40 m wide). Air conditioning in the space, a 55" Smart TV with premium DIRECTV channels, and can be connected to all platforms such as Netflix, Disney+, Alexa, and other video and music platforms.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, a set of pots, a microwave, a toaster, a gas stove with an extractor fan, a coffee maker, a refrigerator, and a freezer.
BEDROOM: 1 bedroom connected to the living room.

- Split-type air conditioning
- 1.60 m queen bed with a comfortable mattress, high-quality hotel-quality pillows and sheets, and fresh, night lamps with a nightstand with storage next to the bed.
- Blackout curtains.
- 55" Smart TV (the same as the living room) with local channels, can be connected to all platforms. such as Netflix, Disney+, Alexa, and other video and music platforms.
- Private bathroom for the room with direct access from the room.
BATHROOMS: 1 full bathroom with mirrors, storage drawers, and hot showers.
The bathroom is located next to the bed.

Colombian law requires that all guests staying at our facilities must present their identification. To complete registration, a link will be sent once your reservation is confirmed. All guests must use this link to register, upload a photo of their identification, and sign a contract. All of this can be done from the comfort of their cell phones. This registration must be completed prior to arrival to allow access to the property.
There is paid private parking subject to availability, guests must notify to make the reservation.
