This beautifully designed 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment situated on the second floor with lift access and offers a luxurious stay with modern amenities and charming warehouse-style details. Nestled in the Pennington St, the property is a perfect blend of contemporary comfort and timeless elegance. The property will accommodate best up to two adults and one or two children or three adults.
The Space: Step inside this spacious open-plan apartment, featuring a bright living area with two sofas that convert to flat beds (100x180cm and 100x150cm) with large windows that offer breathtaking views of the Gardens. The sleek, fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing gourmet meals, and the cozy living room invites you to unwind after a day of exploring the city.
The bedroom is serene and peaceful, complete with a comfortable double-size bed, high-quality linens, and plenty of storage space. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, fluffy towels, and luxury toiletries, ensuring a refreshing and relaxing experience.
