Key Loss or Damage: Guests are responsible for the keys or key fobs provided during their stay. In the event that keys or key fobs are lost, damaged, or not returned to the original collection point, a £150 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover the cost of replacements and locksmith fees.

Check-Out Time: Failure to check out by the designated time of 10am will result in a charge of £75 via Airbnb to cover the inconvenience and additional cleaning or preparation costs.
