Sleeping arrangements
The apartment comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms, each featuring a king-size bed, blackout curtains, and ample wardrobe storage. Soft linens and thoughtful touches invite you to unwind after a day in the city, with the balance of comfort and privacy perfect for groups or families traveling together.

Gather in the inviting sunken sofa area, designed for cozy conversation or relaxation. A 55" Smart TV with access to Sky, Netflix, and Amazon Prime offers entertainment for a laid-back night in. High ceilings and large windows fill the space with natural light, while the Grade II listed architecture gives a nod to Manchester’s industrial heritage.
Kitchen and dining
The fully equipped kitchen features marble countertops, sleek white cabinetry, and gold finishes. You’ll find everything you need to prepare meals, including a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and wine glasses. A large dining table seats up to nine guests, creating an ideal spot for shared meals or working sessions during longer stays.

Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions including any access codes, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.
In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £50.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in, or for stays of 28+ days or more). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold or damage waiver, are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.
