1 TB Starlik Internet. This building is a duplex with two buildings next to each other. Each building is completely enclosed with two air conditioning units to cool the entire house.
The house is a new modern construction that has all the comforts for a relaxed and pleasant stay. Two minisplit air conditioning units; lower bedroom & upper loft; and high vaulted ceiling over the living / dining room area keeps the space open with lots of light entering through the large windows. All sliding doors and windows have mosquito screens for your convenience. There is a outside patio with chairs and table for outside dining. The property has great vegetation; Palm, lemon and mango trees provide plenty of shade for relaxing outside the house.
There is a cabana on a corner of the property where the caretaker/cohost lives.
We have Starlink satellite internet for secure internet access.
The gardener comes Monday and Thursday.
