Welcome to our one-of-a-kind, boat-shaped home in Zikhron Yaakov – a bright, spacious, and character-filled retreat designed for a truly special stay.
The house is spread over two floors, with both bedrooms located on the upper level, while the lower level features a large, open living room and fully equipped kitchen. Natural light fills the space throughout the day, creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere.
Step outside to enjoy a large wooden deck, partially covered, with open air and partial sea views – perfect for morning coffee, relaxed meals, or unwinding in the evening.
Inside, music lovers will feel at home with an upright piano, guitar, vinyl record player, and quality sound system. The house also includes fast Wi-Fi, a comfortable workspace, and a washing machine for longer stays.
✔️ Two private parking spaces are available, plus ample free street parking nearby.
✔️ Excellent location – close to the beach, Zikhron Yaakov’s pedestrian mall, shopping areas, cafés, and restaurants.

We chose this area because it offers a rare balance between calm, space, and proximity to nature, the sea, and the heart of Zikhron Ya’akov.
The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, with a slightly rural, village-like atmosphere, yet the lively pedestrian street with cafés, restaurants, and shops is only about a 10-minute walk away.
The home also enjoys a partial sea view, and some of the area’s most beautiful beaches are just a short drive away. The surroundings invite relaxed evening walks and a slower pace of life, making it easy to truly unwind while still being close to everything.
