The Space:
Welcome to this prime 46 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a building without a lift, perfectly situated on Balcombe Street in the heart of Marylebone. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom: Double Bed (140x180 cm), Living Room: Double Sofa Bed. The apartment has a full bathroom.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, gas stove, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has individual radiators for heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book
Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a £50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is £90; after 1:00 AM is £120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.
Guest Access:
The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on London and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.
The Neighborhood:
Marylebone is one of central London’s most elegant and liveable neighbourhoods, characterised by beautiful Georgian terraces, excellent independent restaurants, and a village-like atmosphere despite its central location. Marylebone High Street is one of London’s best shopping streets, and the neighbourhood has a superb selection of restaurants, coffee shops, and delis. Baker Street, Bond Street, and Oxford Circus underground stations are all nearby, giving excellent connections across the city.

Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.

Overall very happy we chose this unit. The unit is as described and we appreciated quick responses from the host team. The location of the unit is convenient to the tube, buses, Tesco (groceries), and the neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. We also loved that it is close to Regents Park. Thank you for making this visit to London so memorable. We would stay here again for sure.

The apartment is located in a lovely and convenient area with excellent connections to public transport, including nearby train and bus options. The host was very responsive and easy to reach whenever needed, which made the stay smooth and stress-free.The flat itself is comfortable, spacious, and well equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. It was also very clean upon arrival. The location is ideal, right in central London but still quiet enough to relax away from the busy crowds.Check-in and check-out were straightforward and convenient thanks to the Keynest pickup point, which is open 24 hours.

Our 4-day booking was chaotic and so disappointing. Keys were not available for us to pick up and we were left on the pavement with our luggage. We were told to phone the Host (Owner) to chase keys but they wouldn't answer their phone. So we had to find and book a hotel for our first night in London. Vrbo advised they were asking the Owner for a refund of our first night cost but we have received nothing. Also Vrbo Agent promised we would be refunded for the extra cost of our one-night hotel booking but we have received nothing.The TV in the property wasn't useable. The basin in the bathroom was blocked so we had to wait for water to drain to be able to use the basin. When we arrived in the property there were ants crawling over the sink top. Vrbo said we must have left food crumbs. The only way to keep the ants at bay was to cover the sink top with salt.We found the online Vrbo App unhelpful since whatever query we raised the answer was consistently that we'll get back to you as soon as possible.And finally make sure to check the condition of everything in the property very very carefully. There was no handle in the shower when we arrived and two weeks after leaving we are being invoiced for the missing handle!
