The apartment is located in a green and quiet neighborhood just a few minutes from the historic center and other points of interest in the city (Loris Malaguzzi Center, Conad Hypermarket, Historic Center, High-Speed Train Station).
The apartment is spacious and bright. It is equipped with every comfort for your stay.
At your disposal are a kitchen, a bathroom, and two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one that can be adapted to your needs). For the little ones, we provide a crib (for newborns), a toddler bed, a high chair, toys, books...
Breakfast is included (alternative options are available for those with food intolerances or allergies).
The apartment is equipped with an ozone generator to purify the air, a water filter (to be plastic-free), independent heating, free Wi-Fi, and everything you need for cooking and doing laundry.
As the owner, I am available to assist with any needs: for guests arriving by train—whether at the central station or the high-speed rail station—we offer a shuttle service (by prior arrangement).
We’re happy to book taxis, restaurants, and guided tours in English for short excursions featuring tastings of Parmigiano Reggiano, balsamic vinegar, and wine.
