Ideal para unas vacaciones inolvidables en esta casa completamente amueblada.
Naturalmente bien iluminado, espacioso, 3 dormitorios / 1. 5 baños

Esta casa es perfecta para dos familias con niños. El dormitorio de arriba tiene una cama king size, así como una cama de día con una cama nido debajo.

Hay dos dormitorios en la planta baja, uno con una cama queen y el otro con dos literas dobles. También hay una cuna, trona y puerta para bebés disponibles para aquellos que viajan con pequeños bebés.

El salón está amueblado con TV y Direct TV, así como algunos juegos de mesa.

La cocina es perfecta para cenar, ya que está equipada con todo lo necesario. La mesa tiene capacidad para diez.

Hay una barbacoa disponible para su uso, una mesa al aire libre y asientos en la terraza. Toallas de playa también están disponibles para su uso.

Los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de una tarde de diversión y relajación y luego ver el atardecer desde las cubiertas.

Thanksgiving Getaway

Perfect home for multiple families to gather. We celebrated Thanksgiving right at the beach. Kitchen was large and well equipped. The kids had easy access to the sand and adults could watch from the deck. The weather was beautiful the entire 4 days.

Very enjoyable stay

Everything was as advertised. It is a very comfortable home. The kitchen is large and well stocked and met all our needs. Right on the beach with plenty of window views upstairs and down. We’d be happy to return.

On the Sand!

This property sits right on the sand. The deck leads to the beach. The home is well maintained and beautiful. It comfortably accommodated our family of 8. It is well stocked with every kitchen item, beach gear/towels. You don’t have to bring anything besides your personal items!

Felt like a perfect second home

So grateful for Judi and her beautiful listing - it really is right on the beach (seen other properties where the building is on the beach but you're actually tucked away from the sand/view), has a huge deck and really all the stuff that makes a rental property feel like a home Towels galore, easy washer/dryer, kid friendly space, neighborhood is perfect and walkable to multiple restaurants. Only knock is there is a ton of seaweed on the beach but that's not the hosts fault 😂 can't really think of anything else to prove I'm not a bit writing this lol Parking is a breeze right by the house/ gate. Tons of cooking stuff available, double ovens and comfy beds. We hope to come back someday soon!

Great Beach Experience - Fabulous Host!

Our stay at the beach house was perfect. Everything we could possibly need was provided, and the home was the cleanest and most comfortable of all the beach houses we've rented. Would love to stay again. Our host was immediately responsive to all my silly questions, and the home itself was bright, airy and the kitchen was to die for! Would love to stay again!

Great place.

Had a few plumbing issues but hopefully resolved for your stay. Home is well stocked. Only gripe is the sand berm which obstructs the ocean view. Not sure if it's seasonal.

Great beach getaway

Location can’t be beat. Lovely beach, not very crowded. Far enough from PCH that there is no road noise. Comfortable accommodations although couches are a bit worn and there were a few minor plumbing issues. Nothing too serious. Host very responsive to concerns. Would come again.

Beach getaway

Easy to get in and out with the dedicated parking. Quiet beach to relax on. Host provides a plethora of beach accessories including bikes to adventure up the coast to Huntington pier. Absolutely beautiful and well-maintained house right on the sand. We had a wonderful time.

Relaxing family stay on Sunset Beach

My family and I spent 5 nights at this property for Spring Break. The house was really great and comfortable. It had a nice mix of modern upgrades and some antique furniture and accents. The kitchen is a great size for cooking. Stepping out from the back patio right onto the sand was amazing. I got some nice surfing in, and the kids loved collecting seashells and playing on the beach. The neighborhood was very laid back and friendly. We spent most of our time just relaxing there, but the house is close to Main Street Seal Beach for local shops and restaurants. The property owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely plan future stays there.

Great house for family get together

Judy was a great host. This was a quiet beach house in a great location, which served us well for our family reunion. Keep in mind Sunset Beach is at least 10 degrees cooler and much windier than more inland communities (like Cerritos). During our week there in Aug there were lots of kite surfers/boarders. Because of the windiness it was not as conducive for us to just hang out on the beach. I always enjoy looking out at the vastness of the ocean while at the beach but was disappointed to see a armada of cargo ships waiting to enter port of LA or Long Beach. Also, was a bit strange that we spent 5K on a week long vacation rental and owner texted me to see if we took home some of her pillows after we departed.

Most well stocked rental ever!

My family and I had a wonderful time at this beach house! The location is perfect for a low key beach vacation. The house is clean and well thought out. The beds were comfortable and there was more than enough extra pillows, linens, and towels. In fact this is the most well stocked short term rental I’ve ever seen. We actually started a game where we would name random items and try to find them in the house, lol. Let’s just say we lost…we found batteries, white vinegar, cards, super glue, meat thermometer, counter-top grill, Bundt pan, baby crib etc. The only thing we did not find was a hand juicer for our margaritas. I look forward to renting this house again! It’s a gem!

Amazing house… ON THE BEACH!

We just got back from our stay and let me tell you… the experience was amazing! We made so many memories!! The house was large and spacious and located perfectly! Seal beach, as recommended by Judi, was our favorite little town for meals and shopping. Although, we really didn’t need to leave the house… the house was well stocked with most staples (including shampoo and conditioner). The best vacation rental home I’ve ever rented! Hope to make it back someday!!

Perfect Family Vacation Rental

My family had the greatest time staying at Judi's vacation rental and would absolutely rent it again. You don't need to bring a thing other than your person items. They have sand toys, beach chairs, corn hole, etc. The home was clean and is located on a beautiful clean beach. Thank you Judi for a fabulous vacation rental!

We had the best time!

Hope to return. Loved the master with the great views. House was equipped with everything we needed. Thank you for having plenty of towels. Comfortable beds. Kids had a blast at the beach. My son practically lived on the surf board and we had fun with the boogie boards. Saw lots of dolphins. Great location - quick walk to Starbucks and fit bar (loved the açaí bowls). Judi is a great host!!!

My family and I have been on many vacations but I have to say this stay was by far the best. Very clean, convenient to food and fun. Quite at night with an outstanding view of the ocean and sunset. We look forward to going back. Thanks Judi for allowing us to stay.

Great beach house

We loved staying at this rental with our family. The deck on the beach was fantastic! The house seems newly updated with a very nice, large, open kitchen, and wonderful master bathroom. My kids enjoyed the boogie boards and sand toys.

Great time

Location and beach home was AMAZING. Plenty of supplies for bathroom, laundry and patio furniture. Only issue was the neighbors next door who smoked. Thank you Judi for our getaway blessing.
