Best location in Huntington Beach! We are located within a few steps from the famous Main Street
(with shops, restaurants, and night live), pacific city shopping center and dining, the Huntington Beach pier and the sand. Best of all, the home has central ac to keep you cool in the summer. Most homes around the beach area does not have ac. The home has 4 bedrooms (2 are master bedrooms each with a restroom, 2 regular size bedroom), and 3.5 bathrooms. All 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms are located upstairs. First floor had the living room, kitchen, half bathroom, and dining room. Third floor is an open top deck.
Huntington Beach is about 36 miles from from lax, 16 miles from Disneyland, 91 miles from sea world In San Diego, 45 miles from universal studios Hollywood.

Great stay here at this house! Was perfect location to walk to our event at Huntington Beach. Definitely a huge plus for location. The house fit our crew of adults very well. The smaller bedrooms had some pretty stiff beds though. And all the rooms could use new pillows as they were all very flat. But the location and size of the house made up for uncomfortable beds! Thank you for a great stay!

Great location a block off the beach

It was so nice to be one block off the beach. This home was convenient with 4 bedrooms to fit our group in town for a conference. Great to have a garage to park in. And the host was on it with communication.

Outdated, needs some repairs like sliding doors that don't open, windows that don't open, trash door doesn't work well, toilet has issues, shelf in shower is broken, one of the showers looked like it had been fixed but still leaking, toilet paper holder was repaired but left unfinished. Very dirty!. Issues with internet- as in it didn't work for 4 days. so no internet, no tv. Came back one day after being gone and there was a homeless person sitting out front. One night someone living out of their van was sleeping in it with his door open. Won't stay here again

We need someone to be at the home to call spectrum to trouble shoot. You agreed to troubleshoot, but we didn’t hear from you until a few days after. Our neighbor was available for same-day or next-day help, and had you requested it, the issue could have been resolved promptly. We take maintenance, cleanliness, and guest safety seriously, and most of our guests rate their stays 8–10/10. While we regret that your experience did not reflect our usual standards, it appears that lack of timely communication prevented a resolution. We wish you the best in finding accommodations that meet your needs.

Comfortable and family friendly

This home was very comfortable and just a block from the beach with views of the beach. The beds were comfortable and the host was easy to reach. This was a vacation rental so I don't get too picky, but if I had one "wish" it would have been a couple more large pans. With a family of 8, we had to be creative making breakfast with only one large pan, but we managed. We would stay again.

Best location to downtown Huntington

Our stay was quite comfortable for a large family. Having 3 and a half baths made privacy and space to get ready for the day easy. Not having to drive to enjoy all that downtown HB and the pier has to offer was great. Even in the winter, the outdoor activities were inviting. I enjoyed the use of the bikes for the beach trails across the street.

This place was great! The location is perfect. We barely needed to use our van to go places. Like the other reviewers said, this home is located steps from the Pacific Coast Highway which can be pretty loud at night with muscle cars and motorcycles trying to be super cool (if you know what I mean). Earplugs may be a good suggestion for those who sleep lightly. Melanie was incredibly fast at responding and went out of her way to bring us garbage bags and a bike pump one day. We especially loved the patio fire pit. It was so cozy and inviting to sit by after a long day at the beach. I’d stay here again!

Beach, eating, shopping, and church

This home was great for 7 of us to get together as a family and enjoy the beach. Convenient to walk to the beach and to eat out. Close enough to visit the small PCH Mall and to walk to church Sunday morning. There is traffic on the PCH at night but it’s okay because you are walking distance to beach. Communication was very good with owner. We hope to come again.

July 4th stay

The property itself was very close to the beach and main street which was great! Within walking distance there were so many shops, restaurants, cafes and activities so there was always something to do. The house had bikes, sand toys, boggy boards, and lots of towels for the beach. The only negative was that there wasn’t fans in every room in the house and the AC didn’t always get to the upstairs. The neighborhood was loud the weekend before the 4th with people surrounding the house doing fireworks but it was amazing watching the fireworks from the rooftop deck. We had one issue with the dishwasher but the host was very quick to get it fixed. Overall a great experience.
