This apartment is located within a villa situated 50 metres from the sea at Isola delle Femmine. In the surrounding area there are both rocky and sandy beaches, and there are also small beach establishments. The house is located near the fishing village of Isola delle Femmine and 10 km from Palermo city.



The apartment is located on the ground floor of the Villa; on the upper floor there is another apartment with which guests share the main entrance of the house. The house entrance opens onto the living room consisting of two sofas; continuing through the house you encounter the independent and fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, both with double beds.

The layout of the house is completed by two bathrooms with shower.

Guests have private access to the garden where there are outdoor furnishings to spend moments of relaxation and also a barbecue.
