With two modern, fully equipped kitchens - one in the Lodge and one in the Barn - you’ll have everything you need to cater for the whole group, whether you're preparing lazy breakfasts, beach picnics or evening feasts.
The Barn features a large, open-plan kitchen-dining area with a rustic table that seats 8 and a vaulted ceiling lounge space full of natural light and character. Upstairs, a cosy mezzanine lounge is perfect for reading, relaxing or watching a film.
The Lodge has a bright and airy open-plan kitchen and dining space, with a relaxed seating area and french doors that open onto a landscaped patio.

The Neighborhood: West Wittering has one of the most popular sandy beaches on the UK's south coast. And this home puts you within easy walking distance of it. The property is situated in rural, peaceful surroundings within the same grounds as the owners main house.
Whether you’re staying to explore the surrounding area or relax, you’ll be pleased to know that the local shop is within easy walking distance. And there’s a pub close by too, great for soaking up the sun in the pub garden or enjoying dinner out.
East Wittering village is a short drive away, which has plenty of shops, including fish mongers, butchers and green grocers. You'll also find cafes, pubs and restaurants and surf shops.

✔ The biggest local city, Chichester, with its many shops, stores, coffee shops, and entertainment venues including a cinema and theatre. The majestic cathedral is also well worth a visit.

Getting Around: Although you can walk to the beach and local amenities, we strongly recommend that you arrive in a car as it will give you much freedom to explore and enjoy the beautiful West Sussex area.
