The house benefits from a large living space equipped with a plush sofa, a 40-inch SMART TV with Netflix and a sound bar and plenty of space to sit down and relax in the evening after a long day at work.
DINING AREAS:
The dining table seats up to 4 people and is ideal for a sit-down meal in the evening.
KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES:
The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook an array of meals whilst away in Stoke. There is a gas hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave & washing machine.
BATHROOMS/TOILETS:
There are 3 bathrooms at the property. There is a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower, an ensuite in Bedroom 1 with a shower and a downstairs WC.

The Neighborhood:
The city of Stoke-on-Trent is internationally renowned for its pottery works which include Wedgwood, Royal Doulton, Spode and Aynsley, but as one expects from a large city it has excellent shopping, leisure and entertainment, and visitor facilities.
There are some notable historic buildings, including the half-timbered Ford Green Hall built around 1580, which is the oldest house in the city, and the remains of an Anglo-Saxon cross can be seen in the churchyard of St Peter ad Vincula.
Stoke-on-Trent was the name given to the amalgamation of six famous Potteries towns, originally, in 1910, as a County Borough and then, in 1925, a fully-fledged City.
The city has multiple tourist attractions including Alton Towers, Waterworld, Trentham estate and monkey forest, Biddulph grange Garden, the Potteries Museum/Art gallery as well as many more.
Getting Around:
When getting from the property to Stoke-on-Trent, as with any city, it’s always best to go in by foot or get a taxi as finding parking can sometimes be a struggle.
Luckily for you, the property is in the ideal location and parking can be found as per the check-in instructions.
There is also a great taxi service if you'd like to go further afield

This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards.
*No Smoking Indoors: £1000 Fine
Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage.
*Noise & Air Monitoring in Place
Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund.
*Stays Over 7 Nights
Additional housekeeping is available upon request for an extra fee.
*Online Check-In Required
To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure check-in form, agree to our T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport.
*Check-In/Out Policy
