This spacious and beautifully designed 100 m² one-bedroom house in Kilbarrack offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, making it an excellent choice for families or friends seeking a relaxing stay near Dublin.
The bright and welcoming living room features a comfortable UK double sofa bed, creating a cosy space to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.
The house also includes a dedicated office space with a desk, perfect for working remotely or catching up on emails during your stay.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, essential cookware and cutlery. For added convenience, a dishwasher is available to make cleanup effortless. The house also includes a washer, dryer and ironing equipment, perfect for longer stays.
The serene bedroom is furnished with a UK king-size bed dressed in hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.
The two bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, offering everything you need for a refreshing start to the day.
The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
This property is located in Kilbarrack, a peaceful residential suburb just eight kilometres from Dublin city centre. Guests will enjoy easy access to local shops, pubs and cafés, with the Kilbarrack Shopping Precinct and a large Centra store nearby. For those looking to stay active, there are gyms and fitness studios within walking distance.
Transport connections are excellent. Bayside Station is just a short walk away, offering quick access to the DART train line and making trips into the city centre simple and convenient. Several bus routes also serve the area, providing easy links to other parts of Dublin.
Kilbarrack is known for its calm, seaside atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing stay while still being close to the city’s attractions.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest Dart station, E244 Bray Line, is just a 13-minute walk.
Dublin Airport is a 23-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
