Wanderers Haven is our stunning dog-friendly self-catering 4-berth static caravan, which is located on a quiet and very relaxing family-run Holiday Park in the village of Brigham near Cockermouth in Cumbria.
The site is located on the edge of the Lake District National Park, which in 2017 was designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Our static caravan is situated at Brigham Holiday Park, which is a beautiful well-maintained gated site comprising of 72 privately owned static caravans, and it has the added bonus of a Site Warden. You will find the Holiday Park a really wonderful place to relax and unwind, and it is open all year round.
The site has easy access to the A66 and is an ideal location to tour the beautiful Lakes, Forests and Mountains of the Lake District and everything it has to offer the discerning traveller.
Accommodation - ABI Hamilton - Sleeps Maximum 4 people.
Bedroom 1 - Spacious Bedroom with King Size Bed. Built in Wardrobes with drawers under. Vanity Unit and Stool with drawers to the side giving plenty of storage. Two Bedside Units with Table Lamps.
Plus, through another door in the bedroom is the En-suite Bathroom comprising of Shower, Toilet, Pedestal Wash Basin and Mirror. Towel Radiator.
Bedroom 2 - Good size 2nd Bedroom. Two Single Beds. Built in Wardrobe. Wall Mirror with Shelf below.
Bathroom - There is a Separate Bathroom in the Hallway with Shower, Toilet and Wash Basin with Storage Cupboard below and Mirror above. Storage Shelves, Cupboard Housing Boiler and Towel Radiator.
Kitchen - Built-in 4 Ring Gas Hob, Built-in Gas Oven, Built in Microwave, 70/30 Fridge Freezer, Dulce Gusto Coffee Maker, Kettle, Toaster, Non Stick Saucepans, Frying Pan, Cutlery, Plates, Bowls, Cups and Glasses plus various Baking Trays and Dishes etc.
Lounge - 43" Toshiba 4K Ultra HD Smart VIDAA Freely Television so you can use your own Amazon Prime and Netflix, Disney+ Accounts etc. DVD Player & a selection of DVDs. Two Very Comfortable Sofas with additional Cushions, Coffee Table & Pouffe. Low Level Storage Unit under TV.
Free Wifi Connection and USB Charging Sockets.
Dining Area - Dining Table with four Dining Chairs.
Outside - Secure Decking to front and Gated Decking to the side of property, with Garden Furniture. Three Steps take you on to the Decking Area from the Parking Space.
One Car Parking Space and your own small gravel area to side of Caravan (not enclosed). No vehicles are permitted to park on the grass anywhere on site.
1 Medium Dog or 2 Small Dogs only allowed on request. N.B. We cannot accept additional dogs in this Static Caravan.
All bed linen and towels are supplied.
There is an extra charge for Cleaning.
N.B. We can supply a Travel Cot &/or High Chair for a small charge. If you require one or both of these items, please contact us directly and we’ll be happy to arrange them for you.
The site with easy access to the A66, is an ideal location to tour the wonderful Lakes, Forests and Mountains of the Lake District with Keswick & Workington both approx. 15 minutes drive away by car. Cockermouth is approximately 3 miles away with a range of local Cafe's, Shops & Supermarkets.
