Situated in the lovely seaside suburb of Three Anchor Bay in Cape Town,
Western Cape, you will find this spacious two-bedroom apartment
comfortably accommodating up to four guests.
As you enter the apartment, you will be greeted by a modern kitchen
with a clean, minimalistic design with a unique touch of retro charm.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to enjoy a
comfortable self-catering experience. Additionally, the property
features a stylish dining nook, giving it a cosy yet modern feel,
furnished with a simple dining table paired with woven rattan chairs.
The lounge is thoughtfully furnished with a spacious, comfy sofa, two
rattan armchairs, a stylish glass coffee table, and a TV cabinet
housing a flatscreen television, creating the perfect spot for
entertaining.
The bedrooms are elegantly designed, with the main bedroom featuring a
queen-size bed with nightstands on either side and a large window
flooding the room with natural light. The second bedroom also includes
a queen-size bed. The bathroom is fitted with a spacious shower, a
toilet, and a washbasin. The shower is slightly elevated, so you’ll
need to step up to get in. Linen and towels are included with your
stay.
Three Anchor Bay is a sought-after destination conveniently located
between two of the most scenic areas in Cape Town, known as Sea Point
and Green Point. Three Anchor Bay is also renowned for its
paddleboarding and kayaking activities, the perfect holiday destination
for water enthusiasts.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 12 Marine Rd, Three Anchor Bay, Cape Town, 8005.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rule.
