The Barn - Wheatley - Oxford
The Barn (built 1640) [thebarn-wheatley-oxford] is a beautiful detached two bedroomed stone building in Wheatley village a short bus trip to Oxford. Wheatley has a local shops, takeaways & pubs, a children's playground and beautiful country walks.
The barn has two upstairs bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other has two single beds. There is also a lounge (with Monitor & DVD player + a selection of DVDs), a dining room, kitchen, upstairs family bathroom and downstairs toilet & utility room. We limit the barn to 4 guests
The Barn is a detached building. The garden is shared with our house and the garden, barn and our house is enclosed safely by a stone wall & gates. So the garden is safe for small children and nothing in the garden is off limits - guests are welcome to pick herbs or apples and cherries in season.
We will greet the guests on arrival and hand over the keys to the barn. Should guests wish more local information -we will always be available to advise guests of places to view and visit and deal
with any concerns that may arise.
On road parking is now restricted but there are two time restricted free car parks about 5 minutes walk from the barn. There is off road parking available for one car for guests (next to our car) depending on the size of the guests car.
