BED CONFIGURATION:
Bedroom 1 & 3can be configured as you like, either as a super-king or 2 singles.
BEDROOMS:
Bedroom 1 & 3 have zip-link beds so can be configured as you like, either as a super-king or 2 single beds. Bedroom 2 has a double bed. All bedrooms have ample storage and dedicated workspaces which are supplemented buy our SUPER FAST Wi-fi.
LIVING AREAS:
The house benefits from a large open-plan living space equipped with a double sofa bed, large SMART TV with Netflix and plenty of space to sit down and relax.
DINING AREAS:
The dining area is well equipped with a dining table that can seat up 4 people, perfect for an evening meal. The house also benefits from a breakfast bar with space for 2 more people to dine.
KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES:
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook an array of meals whilst away in Lancashire. There is an electric hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, dishwasher & washer dryer.
BATHROOMS/TOILETS:
There is one large bathroom in the property. Equipped with a bath and overhead shower, shower gel and shampoo. Towels for each person are provided.
PARKING:
The property benefits from FREE Parking right outside and on neighbouring roads.
All Just Stay's Short Term Lets benefit from enhanced cleaning with spacious living areas and fully equipped kitchens. Not only this, we offer a clean workspace and free Wi-Fi for your entire stay. *No Smoking Indoors: £500 Fine
Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £500 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage.
*Noise & Air Monitoring in Place
Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund.
*Stays Over 10 Nights
Additional housekeeping is required for an extra fee.
*Online Check-In Required
To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure check-in form, agree to our T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport.
*Check-In/Out Policy
Early check-in: £20/half hour before stated time (if not pre-approved)
Late check-out (after 10AM): £20/half hour
*Security Deposit OR Damage Waiver
We require either:
A refundable security deposit of £250, OR
A non-refundable damage waiver of £39
