Welcome to your peaceful retreat at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in leafy Sale, just minutes from the M60. Ideal for families, couples, or business travellers, with plenty of free street parking.
The home is perfectly positioned next to a local park and the scenic Transpennine Trail, offering fantastic opportunities for walking, cycling, and enjoying green spaces. A short stroll also brings you to the River Mersey, with a picturesque route toward the Bridgewater Canal.
The space
This well-maintained home features a wraparound garden with mature shrubs and a private, peaceful seating area-perfect for a morning coffee or winding down in the evening.
Inside the home:
💠Comfortable living area with sofas, a dining table, and a 40” TV with Netflix.
💠Modern, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and stools
💠Reliable high-speed Wi-Fi for work or streaming.
💠Laundry facilities including a washing machine
💠The home is centrally heated to keep you cosy year-round.
The home offers spacious bedrooms and a clean, modern bathroom with a shower. Fresh linen and towels are provided for every guest.
Guest access
You will receive a code for the key safe, ensuring flexible and easy self check-in and check-out.
Other things to note
💠The house doesn't have a driveway but has plenty of free street parking available right outside the property and a free car park at the rear of the property.
💠The house is on a quiet residential street, therefore noise at all times and especially during the night time must be kept to a minimum please.
💠Please be careful with keys, as lost keys will incur a fee of £80.
💠No smoking, vaping, illegal substances or parties at the house.
💠Sorry that we are unable to accommodate pets.
💠We can provide a highchair on request at no extra cost, and if a travel cot is required this can also be provided also at an additional fee of £40. Please give us at least 48 hours notice for this.
