THE SPACE

This 40 sqm apartment, recently renovated and furnished, features a small entrance, a kitchen equipped with a small oven, toaster, pots, dishes, glasses, cutlery, fridge with freezer, and all the essentials for simple home cooking; a sunny terrace with table and chairs ideal for breakfasts and aperitifs outdoors; a cozy bedroom with a 160x200 double bed and wardrobe; and a bright bathroom with shower and bidet.



The apartment is located on the second floor of a well‑maintained building in a charming neighborhood. A spacious elevator offers easy access, taking guests comfortably to just a few steps from the entrance.



OTHER DETAILS

Guests will have full access to the entire apartment and the private terrace.



The host, an experienced property manager, will be available during the stay.



Check‑in is self check‑in.

An online check‑in is required: guests must provide ID documents for local authorities and sign the short‑term rental agreement.

Early check‑in and late check‑out are not possible due to scheduled cleaning times.



The apartment does not have a dedicated parking space or reserved parking.

On‑street parking is available but non‑exclusive and subject to availability.

The area is well connected with public transportation.



Tram: the closest stop is Piazzale Cuoco, just 2 minutes’ walk away, served by lines 5 and 12. Piazzale Martini, about 5 minutes away, is served by line 9.



Bus: several lines operate nearby, including 90, 91, 93, N90, N91, and 66, with the nearest hub at Piazzale Cuoco (2 minutes’ walk) and other stops at Piazzale Martini – Via Ciceri Visconti.



Metro: the nearest M3 station is Lodi TIBB, about 850 meters away, offering quick access to Milan’s metro network.



Train: Milano Porta Romana railway station is easily reachable and provides connections on lines S13 and S9.
