This is a fully furnished, split-foyer, single-family home designed specifically for extended stays, insurance displacement, corporate housing, and relocating families who need a comfortable, move-in-ready place to live.
The home is laid out across two levels and offers plenty of space, privacy, and flexibility. On the upper level, the home features three fully furnished bedrooms, a comfortable living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and two full bathrooms. The upper level functions as the main living area and is ideal for families or professionals who want everything on one level.
The kitchen is completely set up for everyday use and longer stays. It includes an electric stove, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, and microwave. We provide plates, dishes, cookware, cooking utensils, and essential kitchen supplies so guests can prepare meals just as they would at home. Whether someone is staying a few weeks or several months, the kitchen is fully functional and ready to use.
The lower level of the home has been converted into a very large fourth bedroom. This space includes a queen-size bed and a daybed sleeper, making it ideal for additional guests, older children, or professionals sharing the home. There is also a half bathroom on this level for added convenience. One of the unique features of the lower level is the two-car garage, which enters directly into this space, allowing for easy, private access and convenient unloading of luggage or groceries.
The entire home is accessible to guests, with the exception of two locked storage closets—one located in the upstairs hallway and one on the lower level. These closets are reserved for owner supplies and maintenance items and do not affect guest use of the home.
For comfort and convenience, the home is fully furnished throughout and includes high-speed Wi-Fi, utilities, and in-home laundry. The thermostat is a smart, touch-operated thermostat. Guests simply tap the screen to activate it and rotate the dial left or right to adjust the temperature. The stove is electric and operates like a standard electric range. The breaker panel is located in the downstairs bedroom behind a wall-mounted picture and is easily accessible if ever needed.
Entry to the home is simple and secure. The property uses electronic smart door locks. Guests receive a unique four-digit access code prior to arrival. To enter, they simply input the code on the keypad and press the unlock button. This allows for smooth self check-in and eliminates the need for keys.
