• New designer kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to cook, including a 4-burner induction cooktop, oven, and microwave, a capsule coffee machine (capsules provided free of charge), cooking utensils, silverware, plates, and glasses.

The apartment is located on one of Modena’s oldest streets, just a few meters from three bars—“Pepe Street,” “Mr. Brown,” and “Molto Enotecatipica”—where you can enjoy a beer with friends.
Under the portico, there’s also a bakery that bakes fresh bread and a variety of pastries every morning.
-On the next street over, you’ll find the Griffin Pub, renowned for its wide selection of craft and regular beers, as well as “Osteria Stallo del Pomodoro,” another of the city’s historic establishments.
- Along Via dei Gallucci, there are countless bars and restaurants—you just have to choose where to go.
- If you love desserts and cakes, we recommend “Keik” on the corner of Via Antonio Scarpa and Via Canalino.
- Once you cross Via Emilia, about 200 meters from home, you’ll find Altaglio. It’s a very good pizzeria.
- In the Viali area (Viale Martiri della Libertà), there’s one of the main green spaces in the city center. Sandro Pertini Park, where you can find the “Baretti.” Evening events geared toward a younger crowd offer music and light entertainment.
In addition, toward Via Emilia, in front of the Storchi Theater, you can catch buses that connect to all parts of the city
- Heading toward the city center, you’ll find a wide variety of businesses, from bookstores to artisan shops to interior design boutiques.
- Among the main attractions in the city center is the Albinelli Market on Via Luigi Albinelli, about 400 meters from home.
- Next to the market are Piazza XX Settembre and Piazza Grande, home to the Ghirlandina City Hall and Modena Cathedral.
We highly recommend an aperitif at “Caffè Concerto”; in the evening, it offers a unique view of Piazza Grande.
You can reach the bus station via lines 2-5-7-11, —we always recommend asking the drivers.
The train station, on the other hand, is easily reached via lines 1-4-3-7.
The Policlinico Hospital can be reached via lines 2-4-7-9.

The accommodations are entirely at the guests’ disposal, with the exception of a small hallway closed off by a door in the entryway, which will be used as storage by the hosts.
