Bright 1-bed apartment in the heart of Armação de Pêra, on the 7th (top) floor of a building with lifts. The air-conditioned lounge doubles as a second sleeping area with a sofa bed. Cook in the modern kitchen, sip coffee on the sunny balcony and sleep soundly in the calm bedroom with desk and mirrored wardrobe. Fresh shower room with a large walk-in shower, washing machine and Nespresso. Free parking in the building's private, gated car park at the rear, shared only by residents; there is always space. A little over 200 metres from one of the best beaches in the Algarve.

Travelling with a baby? I provide a travel cot with mattress free of charge on request; please tell me when you book or at least 48 hours before you arrive. There is also a baby high chair in the apartment, ready to use.

Staying longer this winter? Monthly stays of 28 nights or more are 10% off, the Wi-Fi is fast enough for remote work, and the beach and plenty of cafés stay open all year. The beach is a little over 200 metres away. The apartment has air conditioning with heating in every room, so cooler evenings stay comfortable.
