All of this lies just moments from the picturesque village of Castle Combe.
The space
Step through the charming porch into a welcoming entrance that leads to a cosy sitting room with exposed stone walls, plush seating, and a wood-burning stove — perfect for relaxed evenings by the fire. This room sets the tone for the rest of the house, blending period character with inviting comfort.
The spacious kitchen and dining area is the heart of the home. With its exposed beams, farmhouse dresser and large dining table, it's a wonderful place to gather for shared meals and conversation. The kitchen is fully equipped for sociable cooking, making it ideal for family breakfasts or relaxed dinners after a day exploring Wiltshire. Natural light floods the room through traditional leaded windows, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Upstairs, there are three cosy bedrooms. The first bedroom features a super-king bed with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and en-suite shower room. The third bedroom has a super-king bed and benefits from an en-suite WC.
On the ground floor, the fourth bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and provides a quiet retreat.
The bathrooms are modern and well appointed, blending elegant tiling with contemporary fixtures to provide a luxurious experience.
Outside, the beautifully kept lawned garden offers space to relax and dine al fresco. A heated outdoor pool will be available for guest use during the warmer months, creating the perfect setting for sun-soaked days and leisurely afternoons.
