32 Grasmere consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and sitting area with electric fire, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. There are two bedrooms: a double with Smart TV and en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, and a twin, along with a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Outside, there is enclosed decking with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. 32 Grasmere is a lovely base for exploring the Lake District. Note: Good housekeeping bond of 250GBP

There are also some charming walks and bridleways to explore directly from here up into the beautiful Troutbeck Valley and across to Wansfell, as well as the gardens at Holehird, which are run entirely by volunteers and are an enchanting and inspiring place to explore.
