The entrance opens into a warm and welcoming sitting room, furnished with velvet sofas, a smart TV, and tasteful décor. A lovely space to relax. Further along, the home opens up into a bright, open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. This is a wonderfully spacious room filled with natural light from the skylight windows and the large glass doors that lead directly onto the garden.
The kitchen is modern, sleek and well-equipped, with high-end appliances, a generous workspace, and everything needed for cooking and entertaining. A large dining table sits beside it. Perfect for family meals, with a lovely garden view. The adjoining living room includes additional comfortable seating space to relax, and contemporary furnishings.
On the first floor, you will find the first bedroom, fitted with a bunk bed of two adult-sized single beds. Adjacent to the room is a modern shared bathroom featuring a bath and a shower. Just two steps up is the wonderfully bright and elegant master bedroom, fitted with a superking bed and ample wardrobe space. This is a modern, spacious room with plush carpets and a lovely, separate dressing room that connects to a large en-suite bathroom featuring marble fittings, twin basins, and a large walk-in shower. There is also a large flat screen television in this room, ideal for downtime in the evenings. A small private balcony also extends from the bedroom, an ideal spot to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine during the warmer months.
The second floor features the third bedroom, with a lovely single built-in bed, a little desk/work space in the corner, and lots of storage.
The top floor includes the fourth elegant and bright bedroom. This room feels like a real retreat. It features a king-sized bed, lovely skylight windows that allow plenty of natural light to seep through, and a modern en-suite bathroom including a bath and a shower.
