This was a great location for my wife and I with our two adult daughters. The living room with a pull out couch made for a great 3rd bedroom. Being on the 5th floor was quiet and the elevator worked very well. So close to the Louvre and centrally located for anything you want to do in Paris.

This apartment worked great for my adult family of 4. The living room made a great private 3rd bedroom for us with the pull out couch. The elevator was a great touch being on the 5th floor. The place was very clean and as advertised. The location is amazing for Paris. Right next to the Louvre and closed close to Cafes and central to everything you need in London. I highly recommend.

Wonderfully large and bright apartment, centrally located near restaurants, shopping and a supermarket. Subway is 2 blocks away and many attractions are within walking distance. The apartment is on a side street so it’s fairly quiet at night. Kitchen is large and well equipped. It’s a beautiful old building with original ceilings and wood floors. The floors can be squeaky so you have to walk softly at night so as not to disturb your neighbours. We would stay here again.

The location was great. The property had AC in 2 of the rooms but the others were extremely hot the whole time. Thankfully, there were lots of fans everywhere! The bedding and linens were subpar. The kitchen had everything we needed and the location allowed us to walk most places, which was wonderful.

This was my first time in Paris and we wanted something fairly central as we would be walking around most of the time. This certainly fit the bill. It’s a 5-minute walk to the entrance of the Louvre (glass pyramid) and the Seine river. 20-minute walk to Notre Dame. 55 minutes gets you to the Eiffel Tower or Arc de Triomphe if you’re so inclined. Subway entrance is 3 minutes away. A supermarket is a couple blocks away.The apartment is very large, especially given the age and location of the building. There were only two of us but two couples would be very comfortable in this apartment. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare some meals. We were even provided some fresh oil, salt and pepper.Beds were medium firm which were comfortable for us. There’s no air conditioning but there are lots of fans and the apartment was cool in the evenings. Because it’s located on a side street you don’t hear much noise in the evening. (A little more on Friday and Saturday nights). The church across the street is under renovation so you may hear some noise during the day.The host was kind enough to let us in 2 hours early. Communications sometimes took a little time but we always received a response. In summary, a great trip and we would definitely stay here again.
