It is ready to open its doors and provide accommodation for a maximum of 6 people. On the upper floor you will comfortably accommodate in 3 bedrooms that have a double bed and their own en suite bathrooms. On the first floor there is also a terrace with a sea view. A separate toilet and a washing machine will be very useful. A baby cot is available upon request.

On the ground floor there is a beautifully decorated and modern kitchen that is equipped with everything that will help you prepare your favorite meals for the whole family. There is also a dining room with a dining table, and right next to it is a living room that will be an ideal place for evening gatherings with your favorite movies, and includes a sofa and TV.

The most beautiful place in the entire building is certainly the beautiful outdoor terrace with a heated swimming pool (salt water) measuring 40 m2. There is also a jacuzzi next to the pool. Next to the pool are sun loungers, a parasol and garden furniture. There is also a dining table and a barbecue on the outdoor terrace.
