We chose this peaceful and spacious apartment to be near Ostia Antica before flying back to the United States. Ostia Antica is amazing and a definite highlight of our Italian holiday. Our host supplied a nice bottle of wine, snacks and breakfast provisions. The town of Fiumicino is lively with plenty of bars and restaurants. We loved visiting with the cat on the porch. Thanks again for a great stay.

The home, the communication, the host and the proximity to the airport is good. That said, each Uber ride to and from the airport was 40 euros, which adds up quickly.

Oh man! If there is 20 rate for this place, we’ll give a 20! First, Alessio the host was very very nice, very accommodating. He goes out of the way to drive us to the grocery because it was late and we were with kids. He Brought us to a really good local restaurant as well so we’re fed well before sundown. Really quiet family owned farm type away from the hustle and bustle of Rome.

The place was much bigger than it looked which is always great. It was also very clean, and the host had some things stocked for us to snack on as well as tea and coffee. He also helped us with setting up transportaion to our next place and showing us around the area as well!

Stay by the airport

I rented for 1 day the apartment at the end of the vacation in Italy being close to airport. Great place, new furniture, all nice and clean and very spacious. Alessio was fantastic to deal with, helped us with all info needed, also booked a taxi for us next morning. Good experience overall!

Great experience near Rome Airport

We had a great experience at Alessio’s property. He is really the best host we’ve ever had. He really went above and beyond. He met us after his work day and helped us get dinner. He left juice, milk, and pastries for breakfast. He also left water and a bottle of wine. He then arranged taxis for us to make our lives much easier. We felt completely safe and comfortable at the property. The bed was also comfortable. We highly recommend.

Lovely family vacation

For us, this was the perfect way to experience Italy. The home is located far enough out of the city that you don’t hear the noise of traffic and get the tranquillity of Italy countryside. The host was absolute gem and was so helpful! Would highly recommend for family stays.

Great place to stay near the airport

Great property for a group of 5. Host was very helpful with recommending restaurants and helping get transportation arranged to the airport and Rome. Property was absolutely beautiful and had everythng we needed. Only drawback is if you dont have your own vehicle and need to rely on public transportation.

Awesome clean spacious apartment close to Fumicino Airport

Host Alessio is professional - communicative and responsive to messages. The apartment is large and clean, with air conditioners in each bedroom. The beds are comfortable. Alessio left us much-appreciated water, snacks, and wine. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I will definitely stay here again.

Perfect apartment near Fiumicino airport

We had a great one night stay at Alessio’s apartment before our early morning flight. He greeted us for check-in and arranged a car to the airport. The apartment was lovely and clean, and just a 10 minute drive to the airport.

Nice quiet location - excellent host!

Alessio’s apartment was perfect for our stay before flying home from Rome. It is just 10 minute’s driving distance from the Rome airport, yet in a nice quiet neighborhood. Alessio is an amazing host- he left breakfast items for us and greeted us in person and even drove us to a train station so that we could easily get into Rome. The beds were the most comfortable of our entire vacation in Italy.

Alessio was a wonderful host and gave us great directions to get to the apartment and arranged for a taxi to pick us up the next morning to take us to the airport. We were only here for 1 night, but Alessio left us a welcoming gift of a bottle of wine, breakfast items and ordered pizza for us to be delivered. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We could not ask for anything more!

This was our airport location and Alessio had arranged our shuttle service for the morning and everything went smoothly. The home is exactly as shown and Alessio was so gracious, providing breakfast snacks for the morning and a nice bottle of wine for our check-in. He was quick to respond to our arrival and to make sure we were pleased with our accommodations and to answer any questions we might have. Thank you Alessio

Everything was perfect!

This was my first time ever using Vrbo. I was very nervous and unsure what to expect. Alessio was the best! We could not have asked for a better experience. He had a nice bottle of wine waiting for us. He had pastries and milk for our breakfast. He helped us order delivery. We slept so good and were so relaxed that we cancelled our plans for the next day and just stayed in. We enjoyed all the comforts of home here. Last but not least, Alessio helped us get our taxi to take us to the airport. We would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding host!

Our host, Alessio, was so thoughtful. He sent photos of the street and entrance gate and lockbox that contained the keys, etc. so we knew we were at the correct location. We had pizza at a recommended nearby restaurant. We explained that we had an early morning flight and asked for help arranging a taxi. Alessio handled that and checked with the driver the day before to confirm our 4:15am pickup time. He also left us juice, milk & a Variety of breakfast items & chips which everyone really appreciated before our flight. The VRBO was well maintained and we wished that we had more time to enjoy the 2 outdoor areas.

Wonderful stay!!

Our family of 6 adults had such a wonderful stay at Alessio's and he was the best host we had on our entire 15 day trip to Italy! We stayed our first 2 nights there. Alessio was such a big help with excellent communication helping us to navigate transportation since we were arriving in Rome very late at night. We ended up booking an Uber 6 passenger van which worked so well and was affordable. Alessio's home was super clean and the layout was spacious and he was so kind to leave us water, breakfast and a bottle of wine. There were 2 seperate bedrooms, one with a double (queen) bed and one room with two twin beds and in the living room a sofa that turns into a double bed which he had all made up for us since we arrived so late. There are plenty of extra pillows and blankets. We didn't have a car to go into town so Alessio was so kind to drive us into town and point out some of the sights and some good restaurants. Since we didn't all fit into his car he took 3 of us and then came back for the next 3! Such generosity! We would highly recommend staying here as we loved his home which was in a quiet location on his property. Thank you so much, Alessio!!

This was the perfect spot for some local R&R. Alessio was a phenomenal host. He provided very specific details about how to locate and enter the property. Upon arriving, he was there to greet us and walk us through the property. He also generously left some items for breakfast, drinks in the refrigerator and a bottle of wine. The unit has a front and back patio upstairs. We used these to sit and unwind. It was the perfect place to end our trip in Europe. We were able to relax and reminisce in a lovely country rustic setting. Alessio also helped us secure a taxi for an early morning trip to the airport. This was a concern for us because we had scheduled an Uber in Florence and the driver canceled the last minute. Alessio said his driver was very reliable. The driver showed up right at 4:30am as he said. We breathed a big sigh of relief. Thank you Alessio!! We would definitely come back.
